	Function:	To specify editing details.
	Note:	This segment is not for implementation since it violates the design rules. JTAG has filed DMRs correcting the error which will result in this segment being marked for deletion in D.99A and a new segment being added that confirms to the rules. The change is minor in that data elements 9026 & 9031 will be in a composite.
	This segment also occurs in the following versions of this standard: D98B, D99A, D99B, D00A, D00B, D01A, D01B, D01C, D02A, D02B, D03A, D03B, D04A, D04B
